Sit back and relax.  We'll take care of everything.  Full Service Wedding Planning includes all services offered for Wedding Consultation and Day-of Wedding Coordination and also:

  • Creation of Layout for Wedding Ceremony

  • Creation of Layout for Wedding Reception

  • Visiting Venues for Wedding with Bride and Groom

  • Accommodations for out-of-town guests

  • Interviewing, negotiating, and contracting all vendors for the Wedding including but not limited to: Caterer, Baker, Hairdresser, Make-up Artists, Photographer, Officiant, Florist, Entertainment, Lighting, Staging, Transportation services, etc.

  • Obtaining Menu Choices and Tasting Appointments for Bride and Groom from Caterer and Baker

  • Visiting/Calling all vendors prior to Wedding Day to confirm orders and arrival times

  • Organization of Bride & Groom Exit

  • Toiletry Baskets for Restrooms on Wedding Day

  • Arranging for Florals & Champagne in Honeymoon Suit

  • Recommendations and creation of customized favors and guest departure gifts *creation of favors or departure gifts bears an additional cost.

  • Advice/Design of Save-the-Dates and Wedding Invitations

  • Creation of Wedding Website for guests to RSVP

  • Confirmation of attendees and clergy for the Wedding

  • Wedding Rehearsal at Wedding Venue

  • Reservations for Bride, Groom, Family and Bridal Party for the Rehearsal Dinner

  • Set-Up of Dessert Station (if purchased)

  • Custom Design and Concept for the Wedding Day

  • Confirmation of Honeymoon Reservations

On the Day

Day-of Wedding Coordination includes the following:

  • One meeting with the bride two weeks prior to the wedding day to obtain a full list of names, contact information, and order specifications for all of the vendors hired by the bride/groom who are providing services on the day of the Wedding.

  • Contacting the vendors for formal introductions.

  • Reviewing copies of contracts to clarify contractual obligations of all vendors.

  • Wedding Planners time for 12 hours on the day of the wedding.  Additional hours will be charged on an hourly rate of $50 an hour.

  • One Wedding Planner’s Assistant for 6 hours on the day of the wedding.  Additional hours will be charged on an hourly rate of $25 an hour.

  • Creation of Timeline for Wedding day

  • Confirming logistics and arrival times of all vendors they day of the Wedding

  • Ensure the wedding is running according to the Timeline

Wedding Consulting

Wedding Consulting includes the following:

  • Consultation with Wedding Planner for advice/recommendations on venues and vendors, including but not limited to: florists, caterers, bakers, design ideas, color schemes, transportation, entertainment, photographers, make-up artists, hairdressers, staging, lighting, seating, linens and logistics.

  • A detailed list of all items and vendors needed for the Wedding Day.

  • Creation of Timeline for Wedding Day

Dessert Stations

Dessert stations add a delicious & interactive element to an event.  This new modern trend also adds a great deal of decor and acts as a main focal point to any party.  Our smallest package includes the following:

* 3 small round vanilla cakes (feed 8 each)

* 2 dozen cake pops

* 2 dozen mini cupcakes

* 2 dozen large cupcakes

* 2 dozen chocolate covered oreos

* 2 dozen chocolate covered pretzel sticks

* 2 dozen chocolate dipped mini lady fingers

* 2 dozen arroz con leche shooters

*2 dozen cheesecake shooters

Price: $550

Price includes delivery, set up, table linen, decorative plates to display desserts, mini spoons for shooters and clean up.  An attendant is available to serve the desserts at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

Rentals

Legally Wed Events is proud to add party rentals to its list of services.  The following items are available to rent:

We will wrap your dance floor with your monogram, logo, hashtag, photograph or favorite saying.  Pricing depends on the size of the dance floor.  Please contact us for more information.

There is an additional $50 delivery to venues in Miami-Dade County and $75 to Broward County

We are slowly adding items to our list of rentals so please do not hesitate to contact us if there is another color or type of linen or rental that you do not see on this list.

Private Events

Legally Wed Events also offers planning services for Baby Showers, Anniversaries, Graduation Parties, Family Reunions, etc.  Each of these events has a flat fee, day-of coordination fee of $450.00 for parties with less than 150 guests.  Please contact us for additional information concerning these types of events.

Conferences

Need help setting and coordinating a training or conference for your employees or investors?  We will handle the logistics, coordination,accommodations for all of the attendees and even the printing of all necessary materials (banners, notebooks, pamphlets, pens, etc).  All you need to do is worry about the material that will be presented.  Prices for corporate conferences depend on the amount of attendees, location (in or out of state) and materials needed.  Please contact us for further details.
